Introduction

This product is a specialized color fixing agent for solving the color fastness of blended fabrics. It is suitable for fixing polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose, nylon/cotton, nylon, cationic polyester, and active turquoise. The color fastness is excellent, especially the water fastness is significantly improved. Even products with poor color fastness can be improved with this product.

Characteristics

Can effectively improve the water fastness of polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose, nylon/cotton, and cationic polyester (modified polyester);

The fabric treated with this product has minimal color change and does not affect the original style of the fabric;

Can effectively improve the soap washing fastness of polyester dispersed dyes;

Does not contain formaldehyde and meets environmental performance standards;

For special colors such as vibrant blue, emerald blue, and royal blue, the fastness is significantly improved;

Basic Character

Appearance: Light yellow to colorless transparent liquid

Ionic: cationic

PH value: 6 ± 1 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: Easy to dissolve in water, can be mixed with water in any proportion

Compatibility: Compatible with most cationic and non-ionic additives

Application

I. Immersion method:

Fixing agent: 0.5- 1.5 % o.w.f

Bath ratio: 1：10

Temperature&Time: 30-50℃× 15-20min

Dyeing cloth → immersed in a fixing agent working solution at 45 ℃, run for 15-30 minutes → washed with water → dried

II. Immersion rolling method:

Fixing agent: 5-30 g/l

Dyeing cloth → room temperature, two immersion and two rolling fixing agent working solution → drying at 160 ℃× 1'30 ″.

Store

Shelf life: 6 months (store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat, humidity, and store below 25°C)
