Introduction

This product is used for post-treatment of pure cotton and polyester cotton dyed fabrics, which can significantly improve the various firmness of the fabric.

Characteristics

The fixing working fluid has very little color loss, effectively avoiding the occurrence of peeling and color change;

The fabric treated with this product has minimal color change and does not affect the original style of the fabric;

The processed fabric has significantly improved rubbing fastness, soap washing fastness, sweat stain fastness, etc;

Does not contain formaldehyde and meets environmental performance standards;

Appearance: Light yellow to yellow viscous liquid

Application

I. Immersion method:

Fixing agent: 0.5- 1.5 % o.w.f

Bath ratio: 1：10

Temperature&Time: 30-50℃× 15-20min

Dyeing cloth → immersed in a fixing agent working solution at 45 ℃, run for 15-30 minutes → washed with water → dried

II. Immersion rolling method:

Fixing agent: 5-20 g/l

Dyeing cloth → room temperature, two immersion and two rolling fixing agent working solution → drying at 160 ℃× 1'30 ″.

Shelf life: 6 months (store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat, humidity, and store below 25°C)
