Introduction

This product has strong dispersibility, complexation properties, and colloidal protection functions, and can be used as a soap detergent for removing surface floating colors on fabrics after dyeing, printing, and dyeing with direct, reactive, and indigo dyes. This product is environmentally friendly and does not contain environmentally prohibited substances such as APEO and formaldehyde.

It has excellent dispersing effect on the impurities of embryo cloth that can precipitate in alkaline dye solution by removing oligomers and dye stains on the high-temperature dyeing machine.

Soap washing for printing has a certain anti white stain effect.

Has no dyeing effect in the dye bath and low foaming properties.

Application

Soap washing formula for colored fabrics: DF-543 Soap Lotion: 1-2g/L

Process at 80 ℃ -95 ℃ for 20-30 minutes, rinse with water, and dry.

Shelf life: 6 months (store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat, humidity, and store below 25°C)
