Scouring Enzyme DF-88

Introduction

DF-88 Scouring enzyme is a multifunctional pretreatment additive with excellent wetting, emulsifying, dispersing, washing, and chelating abilities, particularly suitable for one bath pretreatment processing of yarn, cotton, and polyester cotton blended fabrics. It has energy-saving and consumption reducing properties, minimal fiber damage, low float consumption, a smooth surface of the treated fabric, good whiteness, good wool effect, and uniform wool effect; Simple to use, good reproducibility of processed products, and can significantly reduce costs for users.

Characteristics

1. Cold heap at room temperature can achieve very good whiteness and fuzz effect. Effectively remove wax, ash, pectin substances, pigments, and other impurities from cotton fibers, resulting in a smooth surface of the fabric after treatment, better and more uniform wool effect, and more conducive to the uniform dyeing of dyes, with a higher dyeing rate and more effective avoidance of quality problems such as color spots.

2. Mild performance with minimal impact on strength, used for wax printing and yarn pretreatment to effectively avoid quality issues such as yarn breakage in winding.

3. The fabric pre treated with DF-88 refining enzyme has a softer hand feel compared to the fabric treated with traditional processes.

4.Environmentally friendly product, easily biodegradable and has no impact on the environment.

Application

Pre treatment process of cotton, polyester cotton, and synthetic cotton comb fabrics

water and mixer → dissolve DF-88 refining enzyme thoroughly → penetrant → chelating dispersant → add water to a certain amount → add hydrogen peroxide → stir for about 20 minutes to calibrate and adjust the concentration of hydrogen peroxide → add water to the specified amount → stir evenly → use (customers can adjust the dosage and process according to their requirements for fabric whiteness and fabric type)

2. Pre treatment process for cotton, polyester cotton, and human cotton knitted fabrics
