Introduction

A polymer complex compound containing multiple polar groups, suitable for conventional hydrogen peroxide bleaching processes, cold rolling piles, and alkali oxygen one bath methods. It has excellent efficacy in controlling hydrogen peroxide release, effectively improving the hand feel and whiteness of fabrics, and has strong alkali resistance without damaging the fiber structure. Widely applicable for hydrogen peroxide bleaching of pure cotton, polyester cotton fabrics and yarns.

Characteristics

1. Mainly used as a stabilizer in hydrogen peroxide bleaching, it can completely replace sodium silicate, avoid effective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, improve whiteness, and prevent hole breakage. The bleached fabric or yarn has good softness.

2. It has a certain adsorption and complexation effect on heavy metal ions, especially iron ions, which can effectively inhibit the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide by heavy metal ions.

Application

The product is suitable for immersion or rolling bleaching, with a dosage generally between 0.2-1 g/l. When preparing the bleaching solution, it is recommended to first add caustic soda to the water, then add a stabilizer, and finally add hydrogen peroxide.
