Introduction

This product is a polymer chelating dispersant suitable for the desizing, refining, bleaching, and dyeing processes of cotton and blended fabrics.

Strong chelating and dispersing ability for Ca, Mg, and Fe ions, preventing the formation of their insoluble compounds.

Accelerate the dispersion and dissolution of pectin and cotton wax in the refining process to prevent the re deposition of oligomers.

In the vaporization desizing/bleaching bath, there are measures to prevent Cu and Fe ions from damaging the fibers.

In the dyeing bath, various impurities are prevented from affecting the dyeing process, promoting dye dissolution and increasing brightness.

In equipment descaling, it has excellent soft water complexation and scale inhibition effect.

Application

1. Polyester alkali reduction: used for alkali reduction, effectively preventing the re deposition of oligomers and improving the alkali reduction effect, dosage: 1-3g/L.

2. Used as a soaping agent for reactive dyes to improve wet rubbing fastness. Use 1-3% (o.w. f) together with regular detergent.

3. Used as a leveling agent for reactive dyes to promote dye dissolution, with a dosage of 1-3g/L.

4. Bleach cotton and blended fabrics to prevent oxidation and cracking, and to prevent scaling of water glass. The dosage is 1-3 g/L.

5. Used for scale inhibition, chelating Ca, Mg, Fe ions and other oligomers, with a dosage of 1-5 g/L.
