Introduction

DF-869 synthetic soft silicone oil is a new ternary block organic silicone oil softener.

Suitable for other synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, as well as blended fabrics with cotton and wool, with a soft touch and excellent performance.

Basic Character

1. It has an excellent soft touch style for synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, as well as blended fabrics with natural fibers such as cotton. It has low yellowing, dry touch, and is breathable.

2. Stable without layering, easy to use

During the operation, there is no traditional phenomenon of silicone oil sticking to the roller, missing, floating oil, or breaking emulsion.

4. This product is a water green and environmentally friendly additive.

Application

Dip rolling process: dosage 20-50g/l, shaping at 150-180 degrees, 50-80 seconds.

Immersion process: dosage of 2-5%, temperature of 30-50 degrees, dehydration, drying.

Store

Shelf life: 6 months (store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat, humidity, and store below 25°C)
