Process testing to select the optimal process.

If it is necessary to mix with other softeners or printing and dyeing finishing agents, please conduct different mixing process tests to achieve the desired goal.

If stored as a water-based agent for a long time, please add 0.1-0.3% preservative to prevent bacterial growth and odor.

Application

Add 5-10% of the film to room temperature water while stirring (with 30% room temperature water reserved for the total amount of water). During mixing, gradually raise the temperature to 80-85 ℃, stop heating, and continue mixing for 40-50 min (mixing speed 50-80 rpm, to reduce foam production). Until a uniform slurry is formed, add the remaining 30% room temperature water to lower the product temperature. After filtration, immediately package and seal to prevent surface peeling. If it is not poured into the bucket, it should be continuously stirred for later use.

The following amounts are for the slurry after chemical treatment

Immersion rolling method: 30-80g/L, optimal temperature of 40-50 ℃, two immersion and two rolling or one immersion and one rolling.

Immersion type: 5-8% (o.w. f), bath ratio: 1:10, optimal temperature 50-60 ℃, 15-30min.

Shelf life: 6 months (store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat, humidity, and store below 25°C)
