Introduction

1. DF-867 smooth silicone oil lotion is a microemulsion liquid. The particles of lotion are extremely fine. It penetrates into the fiber very well, and can make the finished product achieve the excellent effect like silk.

2. The softness of 867 smooth silicone oil lotion is better than that of traditional amino silicone oil, and the smoothness is improved to achieve the characteristics of internal softness and external smoothness.

3. 867 smooth silicone oil lotion contains self crosslinking active groups, which can obtain excellent durable and washable finishing effects without high temperature or catalysis.

Application

The use of DF-867 smooth silicone oil is as follows: (It is recommended to test the tactile version before mass production)

1. Immersion rolling method: DF-867 smooth silicone oil, 20-80g/L, room temperature, two immersion and two rolling or one immersion and one rolling;

2. Immersion method: DF-867 smooth silicone oil, 2-8% (o.w. f), bath ratio 1:10, temperature 30-40 ℃, time 15-30min.

Shelf life: 6 months (store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoid sunlight, heat, humidity, and store below 25°C)
