Fluffy Silicone OillDF-866

Introduction

DF-G866 fluffy silicone oil is a high molecular weight fluffy softener, with a fluffy and thick texture and outstanding hand feel.

Characteristics

Appearance: Slightly yellow translucent liquid

Ionic: weakly cationic

PH value: around 7 (1% aqueous solution)

Chemical composition: Multi component copolymer block organosilicon

Basic Character

1. Suitable for fluffy and soft finishing of cotton, synthetic, and blended fabrics.

2. The texture is fluffy and full, with obvious thickening, and can create a synthetic cotton like feel.

3. Excellent compatibility, can be used in the same bath with other cationic and non-ionic additives.

4. Good stability, non stick to hands, non stick to cylinder, easy to repair.

5. Extremely low yellowing, suitable for fluffy and soft finishing of white and light colored fabrics.

6. Green and environmentally friendly additives, free of APEO NPEO， Compliant with GB, European and American ROHS environmental standards.

Application

Immersion method:

DF-866 working fluid: 0.5-5%(o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10

Temperature: Normal temperature

Time: 15-30min

Immersion rolling method:

DF-866 working fluid 10-50g/L, one immersion and one rolling or two immersion and two rolling.

Store
